Age is Just a Number

Life is very fragile.  Everyday people pass away that have not really had the chance to really experience a full lifetime.

It’s generally felt that life flies by.  Just ask someone that is a senior, a grandparent, or an older person and they will all maintain the same thing. The other day the news referred to someone that was elderly and they were MY age!! Age is truly just a number….it doesn’t have to define you.

So what does that mean to you?  Well, depending on what age you are, you will probably remember people that you have met along the way that from a young age are always talking about how old they are.  It’s like the difference between saying you are old versus saying you are older.  It depends on how you look at it.

If you maintain a gratitude mindset, that will keep you focused on today and your blessings and will keep you thinking about right now, and helps to keep you thinking about the most important 2 days of your life….. today & tomorrow.

Gratitude, it helps in so many ways…….

Remember…. Be Grateful & Never Quit
