Catch the Deluge in a Paper Cup

Sometimes it can feel like you are overwhelmed in life.  When everything is coming at you and it’s like trying to drink out of a fire hose, take a step back and think about all that you are grateful for.

It’s amazing what a little perspective can do for you.  I remember some of my experiences as a private pilot, when stepping back gave me a perspective, and in a couple of instances, saved my life.

Gratitude gives you that perspective, and that opportunity to catch your breath.  Rely on gratitude to save you from letting the fire hose get the best of you.  It always gets better if you just stick with it.

A gratitude mindset will help you do just that.
