Confidence & Vulnerability

When it comes to personality traits, there may be no better combination than confidence and humility.  People in general struggle with maintaining good self-esteem throughout their lives.

So, when you find a person that has a good self-concept, on a regular basis, that is something to behold.

When you add in vulnerability, you have a nice combo of two great attitudes.  One of the ways to maintain confidence and be vulnerable is to maintain an attitude of gratitude.

Gratitude keeps you focusing on your strengths and it ignores your weaknesses or shortcomings.  Another example of how gratitude can lead you to a great mindset.

Confidence and vulnerability also make for a great leader.
