Do Not Give in to the Tyranny of Low Expectations

Never take advice from someone that isn’t in a position that you want to be.

Why is it you get the most advice from the guy with the least amount of chips?

Set your own expectations, based on what you know about you, and go for it.

And most importantly, don’t ever apologize for expecting excellence, especially from yourself.

Do not give in to the tyranny of low expectations

Being grateful will constantly reinforce the relationship that you have with yourself.

The stronger the relationship you have with yourself will lead to more self-confidence.

The more self-confidence you have will help you to follow YOUR path and not someone else’s idea of a path for you.

A lot of older people lament that they wished they had lived a life truer to themselves.

Gratitude will help you do that.
