Dying is Easy, Living is Hard

I heard that statement while I was recently watching a movie on TV.  It occurred to me that there might be some truth to that line of dialogue.

So, if living is hard, and I think many people would agree, then how nice would it be to have some support to help along the way.

That is the primary benefit of embracing gratitude.  It helps with a life that can often times be very hard.

By focusing on everything that you have in your life, your mind is constantly looking for the good and that gives you a great set of armor to protect you from all of the negativity that will bombard you on a regular basis.

If you write in a gratitude journal, it helps even more because after all:

If you think about it, it’s like a dream, if you talk about it, it inspires you, but if you write about it, it empowers you.  Try it, you’ll like it.
