Empty Cans Make More Noise

I saw a car drive by the other day with a Just Married sign on the back and a bunch of cans tied to the car that were making a lot of racket.

Empty cans do make a lot of noise, and that begs the question….Are you an empty can or a full one?  Are you a person that is grateful for having a voice that can be shared with others without making a loud noise?  Or, Is it like a full can that speaks from a position of strength?

Embracing gratitude keeps us focused on what we have and just may keep you from going down the negative path.  It is a lot easier to be negative than positive.  It is a lot easier to make a lot of noise, without much substance behind it.

Use gratitude to be positive, and you too will be the person that speaks with a smile on your face, and not an empty can that makes a lot of negative noise.
