How Do You Stay Positive?

A day doesn’t go by that I don’t get asked the question…..How do I stay positive? 

Whether I’m doing a talk, workshop, or coaching, people are constantly looking for effective ways to stay positive.

We are bombarded by negativity, so it really is a challenge. 

I think the answer is to develop several tools in a toolkit that can become your daily checklist and fend off the negative gamma rays.

Tools such as: 

  • a gratitude journal
  • reading a positive book
  • taking your vitamins
  • drinking water
  • exercise
  • healthy diet
  • quality sleep
  • meditation
  • stretching

Not every day will be perfect, but your toolkit will definitely help you to have more positive days than negative ones.

Lastly, if you start out with an attitude of gratitude, it makes it that much easier to Stay Positive! 

You can do it, after all, if it is to be, it’s up to me……
