Relentless Patience

Relentless……… defined as showing or promising no abatement of severity, intensity, strength, and not yielding in determination.

Patience……. Defined as the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset.

Relentless Patience…I think that is one of the keys to life.  In the last couple of weeks, I have had several things come together that I had been working on for a long time.  In one case, I started to connect with this organization over 5 years ago, before finally being accepted last week.

People talk about patience being a virtue, and I believe that is true.

But how to manage the process through the inevitable ups and downs of any journey?  You got it……..Gratitude.

Embracing gratitude keeps you focused on the present, and of course all that you have in your life as opposed to what you don’t have…For instance patience…….

Use your belief in gratitude and appreciation to guide you through the challenges during any of your journeys that sometimes seem to take a long time.  Maybe even 5 years.

Now the gratitude tip of the day:  Take a few minutes to think about being relentlessly patient, and where it might help you to do in your life.  I think if you are relentlessly patient, the journey will be worth it in the end …every time.
